Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe


2 tablespoons coconut flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 egg (or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds soaked for 2 minutes in 3 tbsp water)

2 tablespoons milk of your choice

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons monk fruit

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

optional: 2-3 squares 90% chocolate bar



  • In small bowl whisk together coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Add egg(or ground flax seeds) , milk, coconut oil, monk fruit and vanilla and mix until everything is every well combined.
  • Fill into a large mug  and microwave on high for about 2-2.5 minutes. Start checking at about 2 minutes. Let sit for a couple minuted before eating.

Top with melted chocolate
